I had the worst experience ever at this salon. I came in simply to get my eyebrows done, and the beautician waxed off part of one eyebrow, leaving it noticeably smaller and thinner than the other. It’s shocking how uneven and unprofessional the result is.

On top of that, the staff clearly had no proper knowledge or skill when it comes to eyebrow treatments. They left tint all over my skin without cleaning it off properly and the two eyebrows ended up dyed in completely different shades. It’s an absolute disaster. I refused to pay and they didn’t offer a compensation for a damage they done!

The staff are not professional at all, and the quality of work is unacceptable. Please don’t risk going to this salon — it’s not worth the damage or the stress!

Alma is a great salon. All the services provided are incredibly impressive. The staff are very friendly and the salon has such a nice vibe and is very clean. I can’t recommend it enough 10/10!!

I had my laser hair removal done by Zee and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results! She was so professional, made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole process, and explained everything clearly before starting. The treatment itself was quick, almost painless, and I could already see a big difference after just a few sessions. Zee’s attention to detail and caring approach really stood out – she made sure I was relaxed the entire time. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering laser hair removal – she’s amazing at what she does!
